Bluebirds are a common visitor for many of us, but they suffered a severe decline from 1920-1970. Birdwatchers and scientists were alarmed. They added nesting boxes and advocated for the ban of DDT. Thanks to the effort of caring people these beautiful birds recovered and we get to enjoy them today🪶

Nasty invasive Japanese beetles lay their larvae just under the soil. When voles turn over the turf they expose the larvae and Voilà the birds see and eat up those nasty grubs! Nature makes so much sense when you pay attention.

Found some good Witchery today while out walking. Thank you to whoever made this for me to find. I needed to feel this protective, feminine energy.

It was made of all natural materials like stones, rice, beans and real flowers 🌸 #foundart #flowers #witchery #femininepower

Red, the color of anger, passion, violence, danger. It’s been used by many who have wanted to project strength and power.

This beautiful cardinal knows nothing of our connotations, he’s just watching the snow fall quietly.
