After that i came across @womp3d.bsky.social and wanted to try it out. The limited ways of modeling with primitive shapes and smooth edges and colors, helped me be more free creatively. Although I'm still not sure about the game industry, im glad i could create somethings.

Chance's Lucky Escape by @juliaminamata.bsky.social and @golosogames.bsky.social was very fun to play. It keeps its puzzles tight, its graphics stunning, the story flowing, and the music vibing - i love the jazzy vibes it has.

Its also a great way to test if everything in your Playdate is working 😅

I took a photo of the view and with sone quick sketching turned it into a concept art, to use as a reference for the assets i’ll need. The photo is on the left (dont mind my light bouncing so distractingly) and the concept on the right, tell me im not insane to see an ufo there!!

well im in the game dev industry because of this i guess, i cant be all the things i want to be so instead i create them digitally. like now to get this urge to study botany out of my system i will model some plants in spaceship environments

Also when i apply that same material instance to a different object it appears green. Does polygon count affect the shader complexity viewmode (even so it's not more that midpoly)
