It’s bad because the law being used disproportionately to protect cops and oppress powerless was the obvious, natural, probable consequence, and thinking it would help protect them instead was willfully ignorant.

That sounds like something you did not understand, which I recognize does not narrow it down.

This is what they get for not trusting respected experts who were saying all along that AI was NOT ready yet. I hope all the companies who did this, end up sinking.
