- very clearly has an obvious crush on the octopus dude in that one episode

- mentions having a bruce shrimpsteen poster in his room

- conclusion: 🏳️‍🌈

- internalizes himself as an extension of his father, ends up repressing a lot

- running gag where he runs away from a girl who likes him

- trying to get with the protagonist's love interest is framed more as him trying to get under the former's skin than any actual interest in her

Whenever I see comics of Gangle and Zooble trying to fuck I'm just like you poor things.
