I used to be so pre-occupied with being appealing/ beautiful (hey conservative Christian upbringing). I then deconstructed, came out as queer and got older, now I concentrate on being comfortable and being myself.

In high school, my sculpting professor told me he would let me pass the year if I promised to never try to sculpt again.
And I never did.
