Made some roast sausage and veggies for a fall roast and when I got started chopping, I realized I didn't have any apples like I normally do with this. So I improvised and trusted my knowledge of food science and concocted some weird browned butter sage apple cider vinaigrette.

I am fully convinced the individually packaged play boosters you can find at Wal-Mart or Target have better pull rates than those that come out of a play booster box.
