An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

This morning I woke up at 4am for no good reason. Tonight my puppy passed out at 8pm; not gonna lie, I dozed for about half an hour. He can sleep 12 hours straight no problem. Me not so much. 😔 All this to say, the time change is never kind. Can we stop doing this please?

I just started immersion reading Bury Out Bones in the Midnight Soil by V. E. Schwab (thank you library) and just based on Chapter one I’m considering buying this audiobook. Julia Whelan is that good.
Also really hoping this helps with the reading slump.
