Not that we needed any further proof our government is in the hands of Nazis and white supremacists...
Exclusive: The U.S. Coast Guard will no longer classify the swastika, nooses and the Confederate flag as hate symbols.

The military service drafted a new policy that classifies them as “potentially divisive.”

One of my relatives believes that "illegals" without a license are driving tractor trailer rigs recklessly and killing people. Where did they get these rigs? Surely they couldn't afford to buy or lease them. If not that, what company would hand over a truck and cargo to someone w/out a license? 🤦‍♂️

Army vet and career DOD intel guy here. Trump is the one who committed sedition and should be sent to prison for life (I don't believe in capital punishment anymore, even for him).
It’s ingrained and indoctrinated on US military members not to follow Unlawful orders. Trump never has taken his oath seriously, he will never understand this.

Had a crappy night, so didn't get any real wordage done on the next novel, but did get some background notes and thoughts written down, so that'll have to do!

Again, I try not to dive too deep into political stuff on here to maintain my sanity, but I just saw someone with a fair number of followers claim about this, "The wheels are coming off!" THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEW FROM SHIT HE WAS DOING IN HIS FIRST TERM. History didn't start in Jan 2025.

Our first vaccinations in France. 2 x Pfizer COVID-19 + 2 x influenza doses for myself and my wife. Total cost out of pocket? 54 euros, which we can have reimbursed once we're in the healthcare system here.

Just a hint: MTG isn't contrite. It's not in her nature. Please don't fall for the scam.

Baked Camembert with honey and thyme, and some bread and cauliflower to dip in it. And some wine, of course. Dinner!

Ebook format sorted, although I have to upload it to Direct2Digital (will get that done tomorrow; Amazon KDP is already done), and paperback and hardcover proofs ordered.

It's such a crackup to be sitting in my wife's cross stitch store along the "main drag" of our little French medieval town and see a guy ride by on a horse, lol! Gorgeous animal, too.

Wow. It's been a year to the day since we flew from the U.S. to France to look at the house that we closed on in April and now call home!

It will always be wild to look out our bedroom window to this view of the massive château just across the street!

Task for tomorrow: get Clíodhna's Refuge formatted - ebook and print interior for paperback and hardback. Will get the print covers done on Monday AM, then get to work on the audiobook version to release all formats simultaneously, hopefully later next week...

Was never really happy with the original cover for ARIA, so I made this one...
November 13, 2025 at 7:14 PM
Okay, I try to avoid foul language on here these days, but WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE FUCK, @support.bsky.team??
What the hell @support.bsky.team? @Sarahkendzior.bsky.social is one of our most important writers and thinkers. What is the deal? Why is she suspended?
November 11, 2025 at 5:38 AM
Got an email from my 89 year-old dad this morning that he stayed up until 3:30AM to finish ARIA. Okay, I'll take that as a compliment, lol! 😎

ARIA
Neither Aria nor Sebastian ever expected to fall in love, but they did. Then the crime lord Aria had once served kidnapped Sebastian, and Aria will stop at nothing to save him.

Amen...
This deal to reopen the government is fucking disgraceful.

Tens of millions will lose their healthcare. Trump will be emboldened.

This is exactly what’s wrong with Democratic Party leadership and why we need more people in Congress who will actually hold the line.

If this guy time travelled back to the 1930s, he'd appear as Neville Chamberlain.

Senator Who Caved on Shutdown Says “Standing Up to Trump Didn’t Work”
It doesn’t get more pathetic than this.

Breaking away from the world's insanity, I didn't get much done on author stuff today other than hammering through more chapters of Reaping The Harvest to bone up on the background before I start book 4. 1/2

Shaheen and the rest of the Dem Quislings (and this goes beyond just those who voted with the Nazis; this was no doubt orchestrated by Schumer) are working hard to convince you that shit sandwiches taste GOOD and you should love the thought of eating a lot more of them.
Democratic Senator Shaheen says ending the shutdown wasn't a failure because it achieves a later vote that will get Republicans on the record.

"Americans...are gonna know who's on their side and who is not."
November 10, 2025 at 5:40 PM
THERE IS NO NEGOTIATING WITH NAZIS. Europe learned that the hard way in the late 1930s. Democrats were actually winning the battle for hearts and minds on this one. And here's the bitter reality: there is NO getting out of this without a huge amount of pain... 1/2
November 10, 2025 at 7:27 AM
Okay, enough raging (for now) against the Democrats helping the Nazis consign who knows how many Americans to death. I've got to try and do something productive for a while lest I pop a vessel.
November 10, 2025 at 5:26 AM
Just a clarification. The Dems didn't cave to the Nazis over "your right to affordable healthcare." They agreed to let the Nazis move forward with their plans to KILL US. That is what is happening here. The Republicans and their Democratic Party enablers ARE KILLING US. Not hyperbole, folks.
