This case -– perhaps the most important ever to fall within
the jurisdiction of this district court –- squarely presents the
issue whether non-citizens lawfully present here in United
States actually have the same free speech rights as the rest of
us. The Court answers this Constitutional question
unequivocally “yes, they do.” “No law” means “no law.”

This administration decided all VA and social security payments must now be handled by electronic banking.

The person who made that choice should be forced to go to every senior citizen’s house and get them signed up for and actually able to use e-banking services.

Cities that get more H1-B immigrants subsequently see the wages of natives *rise* substantially.
