Heartened to see so many positive reactions to Warren here in this thread. Still proud to have voted for her in the 2020 primary. I’ll forever believe she would have been an excellent President.

I teach 9th grade honors students: 14- and 15-year-olds. I pledge to them at the start of each school year that I will never patronize or condescend to them—that I will treat them as young adults capable of engaging in college-level discourse. But they are definitely, self-evidently, still children.
Always "a 15-year-old isn't a child" and never "a 15-year-old should be able to vote." Smdh
