Unfortunately, the Democratic Party does have a somewhat functional propaganda arm (MSNBC) but instead of using it to fight MAGA they use it to tell the Democratic base that "we need a strong Republican Party" and it's a bad idea to "go negative" against their "Republican friends"
if the democratic party had a functional propaganda arm it could make a lot of hay of the fact that a non-trivial number of MAGA personalities and politicians are child sex offenders
