So is target online just charging everyone $1 for bags? Because I have never once gotten bags when I pick up an online order and sometimes I order 1 item and they charge me for 10 bags?

IMO, the heat pump water heater credit was the best deal for homeowners in the IRA. Upgrade by the end of the year to qualify for the tax credit.
If you are on gas, operating costs are just slightly lower. You will save loads vs everything else.
