People talk about the Habs schedule so far being somewhat soft. But they’ve only played 4 of their 11 games at home. I haven’t seen anyone point that out. There are 3-1-0 at home and 5-2-0 on the road. Pretty impressive regardless of their opponents. No easy games in the NHL these days!

UPDATE: AZ just added a goal to his 2 assists, so now 12 points in 12 games!!!👀
Alexander Zharovsky centering the 3rd line today already has 2 assists through 2 periods in his 12th game. The 18yo has 11 points! Habs traded their 2 1st rd picks to get Dobson and still drafted this stud!!!

People keep asking how much patience Habs will have with Dach. 🤣🤣🤣 Do you see many established 2Cs just sitting around waiting to be scooped up? Habs have no choice but be patient. So far he has looked very good.

Laine will never be a great defensive or 5v5 player. But you need pure scorers to win and he’s one of the best in the entire NHL!!

FWIW Habs could have 8 1st rd picks on their top 3 lines with 1 2nd rd pick. On the blue line 3 1st rounders and a 2nd rd pick on the top-4. On the 4th line is a 4th, 5th and 7th rd pick. 3rd pair is a 4th rd pick and an undrafted player.
