The entire proposed Highway 37 Solano-Marin super bridge is estimated to cost $11 billion, all to replace an existing road between a couple of suburbs. And it's proposed at 114 feet wide.

For comparison, the Golden Gate Bridge is 90 feet wide.

Caltrans has released a cross section for the ultimate (raised viaduct) version of SR-37.

Now maybe I'm just being paranoid, but if you were building a road that you planned to keep at 4 lanes wide, I don't think it would look like this.

Pretty excited about tonight's Full Moon. One 6 minute time lapse, cut with a full speed video taken immediately after. This is my first time shooting the moon coming out from behind a building, and I want to start doing this more often incorporating friends and enemies in the windows.

Here's last night's moonrise, just a straight 10 minute time lapse. I also kinda panicked tonight because I was losing the moon getting from out behind the building. I didn't really know where to move to get it back behind. I guess 4 feet to the left lol?

As you can see, my phone has alignment issues. What I need to do is learn angles better and then i can get this stuff planned without relying on my phone. More some other month! but also we don't need a full moon for this, so that's super exciting!
