I love foxes puffins and dancing.I want an independent Scotland in the EU a free state for Palestine and a world without destructive 'strongmen'. I like a good argument but I've had enough of Israeli propaganda and will now simply block those who share it.
Most people in the UK still opt for turkey unless they're vegetarian, although some are now choosing alternatives like ham. We still have Christmas pudding: Ridiculous after such a heavy main course. In Scotland, the traditional New Year's Day meal is steak pie. We then all start dieting from 2 Jan!

'We got everything done'. The President's Japanese audience understood perfectly.

A bit late with this, but here's a nice explanation of what our Prime Minister is doing.

This is the form the protests take. The organisers tell people to sit on the ground in silence looking down as they raise their placards. They don't resist arrest but make themselves go 'floppy' as they're carried off. The only protests are from those around them who chant, 'Shame!' at the police.

This is Mike Higgins, a 62 year-old blind wheelchair user. One of several blind people arrested for holding a placard and a bit of a hero: Released on remand he attended a second demonstration and was arrested again! Massive police resources are being devoted to protecting us from such 'terrorists'.

This is Starmer's Britain. The woman in the chair is an 83 year-old former vicar.

If you support an organisation labelled terrorist, you can be classed as a terrorist yourself and the threat of a prison sentence. Some have been arrested for wearing T-shirts saying, 'Genocide in PALESTINE: time to take ACTION'. One man arrested for holding up this page from.a satirical magazine.

A rare photo has emerged of Donald Trump carrying out a beauty pageant inspection.

When it comes to Trump, Keir Starmer is the Neville Chamberlain of our time. He will undoubtedly emerge from his phone call with Trump saying, 'I have here a piece of paper ....'

Some of the achievements of the independence-supporting SNP and Scottish Greens. Only constrained from going further by being tied to England. Cradle-to-the-grave-care from baby boxes to elderly care costs, underpinned by a progressive tax system where the rich pay most. The epitome of socialism.

I love this season too, but partly because we use the beautiful word 'autumn'. (We also get to use the even lovelier 'autumnal'.) I've never understood why Americans decided to substitute the much more prosaic 'fall'. Can't imagine Keats writing, 'Ode to Fall'. (This may be the start of a campaign.)

He was obviously wearing a shower cap when he applied the pan stck.

Here's the label. It was a while ago. I've since jumped ship. I was accused of trying to 'manipulate X' (by posting comments that didn't fit with Musk's fascist prejuduces).

Useful summary of the Morgan McSweeney Labour Together project to replace every last remnant of socialism in the Labour Party with the red Tories: Starmer, Reeves, Steve Reed, Nandy, Streeting and Phillipson instead. Only problem: There are no originals left. Be afraid!

I asked the #Whisky Exchange to stop selling Milk and Honey Whisky from #Israel. They said, 'We have taken the decision to continue to sell Milk and Honey due to the feedback from our customers, our relationship with them and that no sanctions have been raised by the government at this time.'
