Special mention for Godfrey Reggio’s film Koyaanisqatsi. From 1982 but I saw on the big screen this year. It’s a dialogue-free look at America – its beauty and exploitation. The film presents our way of life, and it’s impossible to come away from it thinking that we are not destroying the world.

Quiz: Who said in 2016 “There have to be consequences for abject war crimes. If you’re doing something unlawful & ruthless then there is a consequence for that. That’s why the military said they won’t follow illegal orders from their Commander-in Chief. There is a standard.”

This is not a peace plan. It is a proposal that weakens Ukraine and divides America from Europe, preparing the way for a larger war in the future. In the meantime, it benefits unnamed Russian and American investors, at the expense of everyone else.
