Any sweets - Haribo, Smarties, chunks of fudge, whatever you've got or local sweetshop sells. OK, not unexpected but certain to be popular. Also dried fruit - cranberries, pineapple, cut up apricots.

I’ve signed up for two #NoKings events on 18 October. Anyone want to give me some witty or eye catching ideas for a slogan or picture on my placard? Or, can anyone tell me how to get a baby Trump balloon?

People in the U.K. broadly have no idea how difficult, expensive, and time consuming it is to bring a non-citizen spouse to the U.K. (I know the US is not as easy as people think on that score either, but it is nonetheless much less bad than us).
