I just got tear gassed along with thousands of union members, many of whom had their families with them. Federal agents at the ICE facility tear gassed children. We must abolish ICE, DHS, and we must have prosecutions. I expect to see enforcement of our city code prohibiting the use of tear gas.

if they don't care about winning cases, judges need to order actual consequences on DOJ lawyers for using courts as a tool for intimidation. strongly worded statements and rulings don't seem to be cutting it.

The PA National Guard was deployed for blizzard recovery in 2010. (this one, I think en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Februar...)
