Creating a playlist for a friend who is about to turn 30. Plan is 30 tracks I heard before my 30th that have stayed with me. I’m struck by how much of my collection I discovered in my 30s, 40s, and 50s. It seems not all of us indulge in the nostalgia of only listening to the music of our youth.
