170,000 BC seniors live in poverty. We can donate to seniors' programs (please do), but policy change is what got seniors poverty down to 2% in the 1990s.

170,000 BC seniors live in poverty. We can donate to seniors' programs (please do), but policy change is what got seniors poverty down to 2% in the 1990s.
