Murder In the Family by Cara Hunter. The ending was so disgustingly ableist/demonizing mental illness, and made absolutely no sense besides. Plus weird sprinklings of racism that no other reviewers I saw seemed to pick up on??
Any book regrets? Mine is Jude the Obscure by Thomas Hardy. Tedious, redundant, and disturbing in ways that I'm not interested in. I finished it, but it's definitely okay not to finish a book if it's not for you.
