One flight, several hours on a train and a fuck-ton of walking but they're finally done!

They'll heal a little lighter than this but I'm stoked to have all my scales filled in.

A forearm tattoo of big scale-like plates resembling bird or dragon scales running from my knuckles up my forearm, all filled in and shaded.
My arm is shiny from the second-skin medical wrap to keep the wound clean.

The scales being filled in the day of the last appointment, you can see some unfinished plates higher on my arm.

I only wish they hadn't shut everyone out. I know how easy it is to isolate yourself in the dark and feel like there's no future- hell I'm making a game about it.

But it never gets rid of the pain, it only gives it to the people who love you and without you around the weight is heavier.

Earlier this week a close family member took their own life, devastating me and our entire family.

Heading into October I want to keep doing more work but things will be slow as we sort out how to recover. I felt it was worth at least mentioning in case I seem oddly distant.
