Did I buy this oversized d20 just because it had @devenrue.com’s map art on it? Well, no, but mostly! It’s soooo pretty!

I’m looking forward to a nice calm ceremony and then dancing at the reception and eating donuts and cupcakes with the bride and groom’s friends and family and then going home having experienced no interruption or combat whatsoever, because that never happens at weddings!

Oh man you would appreciate the meaning behind the dice boutonnieres I made! 10 and 7 for the wedding date, 9 on a dodecahedron because Mighty Nein and the beacon, and then the colors for Fjord, Jester, and the wedding theme:

A faux baby’s breath boutonniere with three dice in the place of some colorful flowers. In a two-on-one arrangement, the dice are a pink percentile die with the 10 facing out, a green d10 with 7 facing out, and on the bottom is a blue d12 with 9 facing out. The boutonniere is pinned to a black graduation robe with decorative metal clasps sewn on, which is worn over a white tux shirt and bowtie. The shirt has large, round, silver button covers with a floral/leaf pattern etched into them. The overall effect is that of a wedding outfit a wizard might wear.

My costume for the CR Fjord and Jester wedding live show is “tux but wizard-ified” which meant breaking out my old cummerbund from college for the first time since 2019. Which predates P4A 2021 and its associated mascots. So this was the first time I could call it…

Didn’t notice the second one, but the first time, I tried not to even think of it too loud because I was worried you might sense the feed was down and then have that on your mind when you should have been focusing on in-store pizza pickup!

Welp, the 16e was the cheapest option. Definitely noticeably bigger than the 8, but I think it will be manageable. But I’m definitely struggling with the lack of a home button, and having to swipe from across the room to get the control center :/

It’s also not how men’s pants are measured. I’m not too worried about them being too long, as I can always roll them up, but I am worried that in my efforts to get them short enough that I don’t have to do that, I’ll get them either too short or too small in another dimension

I really want Pizzamas pants but I’m scared I’ll get the wrong size, because according to the chart I somehow am simultaneously smaller than the smallest option in some dimensions but larger than the largest option in others and that seems wrong
