A few breweries now have asked about having their beers on handpull at Peterborough Beer Fest, so I've spent a bit of time looking at the logistics, practicalities and costs of being able to do it, and I believe we can. For some at least.

I had a go at making pate today.
Lambs liver, cooking bacon, bay leaves, thyme and garlic.
All blitzed in the food processor and now in the fridge overnight to allow the flavours to mix.
Tomorrow it'll get wrapped in bacon and cooked in the oven.
Thursday, I'll have about 1.5kg of pate 🤣

I've pretty much settled on this beer.
It's another from Tydd Steam who are my standout brewery of the year.
It's not that that don't produce a bad beer, it's that they've not put out anything that isn't superb.
