SNAP is a lifeline for workers in low-wage jobs.

Meanwhile, CEOs are paid 280x as much as the typical worker.

Don’t be angry at workers for using food stamps.

Be angry at the corporations paying them so little that they need them.

Massive defeat for Mike Johnson. Still has to clear the senate, but this is what Dems wanted all along. Johnson has essentially lost control of the gavel after Epstein and now this. Weakest speaker in history.

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.

Rob Reiner on The Presidency.

I can tell you without hesitation being president of this country is entirely about character.

America is advanced citizenship, you've got to want it bad.

We have serious problems to solve and we need serious people to solve them.

You don’t see this every day.

Ohio’s sitting Republican Governor tells the media that the number one thing his own party is attacking the Democratic gubernatorial candidate (Amy Acton) on was HIS decisionmaking.

Ohio’s history with partisan gerrymandering is another example of the corruption that puts power over people and leaves voters to pay the price. No more.

mrhymer, influence of money is not the problem, its "the power of government that money buys.

can still live in a free country and stop granting unlimited abusable powers to government

only way to get money out of politics is to make politics unattractive to money.

X, again, censored Ohio Candidate for Governor Amy Acton for calling out her opponent Vivek Ramaswamy.

Dr. Acton called out Ramaswamy wants children to go to school 8-4 year round so their parents work more hours.

Selling Ohio children as cheap disposable resource for less than a living wage.

That’s why I’m running for governor: to lower costs, to hold special interests accountable, to end the tax giveaways to billionaires while working people struggle, and to push for an economy that actually works for families in Ohio. No one in this state will be invisible to me.
