Random walk is fine but the erorrs here are huge
2025 GDP growth forecast is 1.4% with a 68% band [-0.3,3.3]
Data for 2025:Q1-Q2 is 1.4% annual
So the forecast for Q3-Q4 is for growth to be unchanged or +/- 3.6 pp
My odds of 2nd half growth above 5% or below -2.2% are much lower than 32%
