For those wondering my estimation, I think an S230 repeal would lead to a broken internet. An internet that slowly moves into an information resource with UGC heavily moderated and scrutinized, with key expensive corporate institutions that exist for you to chat with other people
… I can’t tell you fully what it would be like. We have many good predictions and guesses, but it would truly be a brave new world for the web. I’m sure there will be a lot of litigation and use of the judicial system to figure out the landscape of a post-S230 US internet

I think the end result of this is a more serious push for S230 repeal. Would allow the Heritage Foundation-style right to wipe out the alt-right, destroying a competing faction, and would grant the govt incredible control over information on the internet
