Senior mastiff is still at the local Humane Society and it sucks. I've got stairs into my house on both entrances and a full flight to my bedroom on the upper floor and if he doesn't have hip issues yet, he will. I'm torn between hoping he finds a better suited home or forcing him to climb stairs.

I will say, I am not alone if my lack of confidence in our management team. Our company average is low to begin with and my department is 4 or 5 points below that. And I didn't even fill out last month's survey or it would have trended even further down.

My new boss is not just a moron, he's apparently a huge fucking pussy who will try and pass the buck any chance he gets. And the new had of our sys admin group has turned into a vicious unprofessional cunt.
To say I've lost faith in leadership would be a gross understatement.
