They're free. They're online. They're much easier to read than legislation. Conquer your imposter's syndrome, you are smart enough to read a decision and know if it's bullshit.

I tried to use Copilot in Word, not to re-write anything but just to see if it could format a document for me. Of course it cannot. It hallucinates that it can, however, and its presents you with a new screwed-up document to download

I think the case for calling all short-form posts "tweets" on every platform is strengthened by the fact that X has publicly abandoned the "Twitter" trademarks.

In fact someone could probably start their own social network called "Twitter" if they wanted. That's how we have Hydrox and Shinola iirc

Apple, of course, should push back on government demands to remove First Amendment-protected expression from its app store. But it should also recognize how its policies--designed mainly to protect revenue from in-app purchases--facilitate government censorship. And it should change them.

This is censorship no matter how you look at it. It's made worse by the fact that Apple makes its app store the only way to get apps on the iPhone (except in those countries that have forced it to open up). This creates an irresistible target for government censors.
