I was so proud of myself for cooking dinner 3 days in a row. We had the slow cooker going with a pot roast teasing us with yummy smells all day. I just went to pull out the meat to shred it and apparently I cooked the moisture soaking plastic thingy.

I had a piece of gluten free toast catch air when the toaster popped up and land on the floor. That was a whole dollar’s worth of bread to put in the trash. Celiac is expensive

Little Caesar’s wouldn’t do 1/2 cheese online so I had to order 2 whole pizzas I can’t help them eat because celiac. To get through these leftovers, I’ve just introduced 13 to cold pizza for breakfast and it’s like rainbows and choirs were singing through a heavenly beam of light from stage left

I was pouting that while we got our T-day groceries done, we somehow missed that we will need sandwich bread (regular & gluten free). Someone’s gonna have to pay me to try to go to the store before Saturday. BUT! Then I remembered we have gf Oreos and egg nog in the house and now I have no cares ☺️

I have so many wants today. Mom used to say “want in one hand, spit in the other” & I never really got it but maybe I do. I want to eat normally & not have so many allergens. I want energy, motivation. Welp, I’ve a hand full of metaphorical spit. Pfeck it, I’m getting some ice cream for no reason
