The Supreme Court is slowly stripping Congress of its power. This isn’t just about Trump, precedents like this don’t vanish once he’s out of office. When the political winds shift, the same unchecked authority could just as easily be turned the other way. It’s a dangerous game.

Americans are subject to a patchwork of state rules on who qualifies for the Covid vaccine, as right-wing legislators & governors race to reduce access to vaccination.

For a growing share of people in the US, that leaves crossing state lines as the best option to get the updated vaccine.

Trump and RFK Jr.'s anti-vax crackdown is driving Americans across state lines—and making some pay out of pocket.

‼️ This is absolutely absurd. Trump is actively manufacturing a crisis. The Pentagon just announced that he’s federalizing another 2,000 California National Guard troops bringing the total to 4,000, plus 700 active-duty Marines heading into LA. This is a military occupation, not public safety.

The Trump administration is bypassing state authority by invoking Title 10 of the U.S. Code, a federal power usually reserved for major insurrections. This is a dangerous overreach, and it’s how martial law begins in the so-called land of the free.
