ICE vs. ice is always worth reposting.
This morning in Minneapolis, an ICE vehicle got stuck on an icy hill in a residential neighborhood. Agents had to push the vehicles out, some almost slipping in the ice themselves.

ACIP has dropped 6 vaccines from the recommended US pediatric schedule, while CDC says these vaccines will still be available through their Vaccines for Children program ( www.hhs.gov/press-room/f... ). We'll see how long that lasts. It would be a big mistake to restrict access to these vaccines.

After reading the DHHS COVID recommendation FAQ I am embarrassed on behalf of the many hardworking scientists in the FDA and CDC. This document is deeply flawed and misstates the conclusions of its citations, for example the 2023 paper by Velez et. al. in BJOG. Our country deserves better.

After reading the DHHS COVID recommendation FAQ I am embarrassed on behalf of the many hardworking scientists in the FDA and CDC. This document is deeply flawed and misstates the conclusions of its citations, for example the 2023 paper by Velez et. al. in BJOG. Our country deserves better.
