Outrageous bare-faced lies - it’s extraordinary what the right wing press can get away with.
Thank you @drsimevans.carbonbrief.org for such a thorough debunking
Truly wild that the Sun, Daily Mail, Daily Express & Daily Telegraph all covered false claims that net-zero will "cost" £7.6bn – or even £9tn – which assumes we could have free gas, free petrol, free petrol cars & free gas power plants if we scrapped net-zero

Yvette Cooper’s hypocrisy is beyond comprehension.

Politicians who voted to proscribe Palestine Action, who’ve abandoned those young people and left them to die in cells, have lost all credible ground when it comes to upholding citizens’ rights and freedoms. They should leave politics in shame.

Did fear drive Nadhim Zahawi to defect to a staunchly, anti immigrant authoritarian party - and pledge loyalty to its racist leader?

As long as Nadhim feels secure, he’s fine with thousands of British immigrants living under fear and tyranny of a Reform Government.

What a spineless stooge, he is.
Amazingly, Zahawi only got round to deleting the below after the press conference announcing his defection to Reform.

This is a plant I can talk to. I bought it for the bathroom, last week; and so far it’s been good company.

Accidentally knocked it off the windowsill today, and had to check it over for damage, apologised profusely - like when I sit on my dog’s tail. It was fine.

It’s the friendliest plant.

Is this Nadhim Zahawi being coy in saying he wants to return to Iraq? It happens.

I know a Polish woman who voted Brexit, and supports Reform. Having shut the gates on her natives, she’s now thinking of return to Poland, because she hasn’t made any friends here.

The war cry of the right after Renee Good’s murder, has been a resounding: “obey or get shot”

This is where the UK Government needs to start passing bills to protect our democracy from the brand of absolute tyranny coming from Trump’s U.S.
When did “disrespect” for law enforcement become a crime worthy of summary execution in the street? Clearly it must have started after Jan 6th, 2021. So…when?
Q: "Do you believe that deadly force was necessary?"

Trump: "It was highly disrespectful of law enforcement. The woman and her friend were highly disrespectful of law enforcement…Law enforcement should not be in a position where they have to put up with this stuff."
