The wealth gap between the 90% and the 10% has continued to grow astronomically. Their goal, 1% of all resources for the 90%. This is why we say the enemy is not to your left or right, they are above you! They continue to soar now with no restraint from policies.

Most powerful tool for the common person right now is regulating your nervous system. We continue this if our system is flooded with cortisol’s. It’s easier to control someone who hopeless and in despair. Feel your feelings, take a break, regulate, find joy, come back to the fight.

Start organize on the local level. Start creating community aid and defense. Get together and start planning. We have read and seen enough dystopian literature to know it will require all of us. This society is about to collapse, and we will need each other when it does.

I have clients that say ‘I don’t know how humans can act that way.’ My reply, ‘look at how humans treat the non-human world! We see it as less than the human world. Humans always have the capacity to other. Until all life forms matter, we are doom to repeat the oppressors cycle.’

Fighting for a system that is killing our planet and all life, seems to be against our own interest. They all take dark and hush money. The system must die, and we must become uncomfortable. None of this is sustainable.
