He says protections from "being fired" do not mean they are protected from harassment by Title VII.

Should have posted this first, but I’d like to introduce the unnamed rat character from the previous commission! I got these wonderful pieces from Caesar (@/GorillaKingTT - Twitter) who helped me come up with the whole character. They, too, are open for comms! Looking forward to using this rat more!
