Because Communities First is a UCP-backed party... they'll never criticise the province.

I love the reactions The Hub gives people. Hey, at least it tried something different, I'll give it that!

You do a "nonchalant" walking jump thing with that inset trampoline. Throw a little 180 or 360 in like nothing and keep on walking. Highly recommend. 😁

When they get this guy I hope they can pull cellphone data and see if he was also on that at the same time. Those of us riding the roads daily know how prevalent it is.

Police in Airdrie, Alberta (just north of Calgary) say this driver hit a 17-year-old girl in a marked crosswalk, got out of the vehicle, and appeared to get upset at the teenager before driving away.

They released this video and are now trying to identify the driver.

It's a protected lane going in.

And yet the 3 person crew last week spray painting the line markings were all for it, and even commented on how fast people were driving on the avenue as they worked. They understood narrowing the lanes would induce slower driving speeds. Kudos to those three!

I still can’t believe these construction workers, when asked if they were building the bike lanes, told a mom and two kids (who super excited to see them built) that bike lanes are too expensive and the city shouldn’t be building them.🤨

They are literally selling out their livelihood! 🤦‍♂️

Has Rick Bell walked across it yet?

Scratch that. Training apparently. I will delete original post.

Maybe I needed more coffee, or it has been corrected and reads "that the Quebec city". I swear I didn't see "the" this morning.

🗳️ Advance voting starts today at 10AM!

Progressives split the vote in 2021. We can’t afford to do it again.

This is the campaign with the momentum to win, we just need to come together now and take it across the finish line.

Hmm, ours are crisp. I should really figure out what the heck they are!

I think we have a typo in the article. It mentions city wise we are only behind Toronto and Montreal, but the next sentence lists Quebec City at 1.76 million. That should be Montreal I assume.

I'm not sure on the type either. Usually they are more sour, but these last 2 years they have been very tasty.

Had some ladybugs, but not an overwhelming amount.

Progress further west as of this morning. That’s one chonky barrier boi. 🙂
Picture of a freshly paved road, with a wide concrete barrier poured in place to protect the mobility lane on the side.

Le sigh, if only we got Memorial as 2 lanes only as a result of this. Such a shame to have 4 lanes of road along our river here.

A look at the new flood wall and wider pathway area from the Prince’s island bridge. Definitely an improvement. Looking forward to the finished product.

Every time I watch ALIEN I am transfixed thinking to myself "there's no way they've left themselves enough room to get the third horizontal line in that E without it looking like a squashed-in mess!" but no, every single time there it is, and it's beautiful. Most tense part of the movie tbh.
