In my town of Laurel, MD, we had over 500 people at the No Kings rally, including some very cute animals and pointedly amusing signs! Made me wish I were a better photographer, but it's hard to hold a sign, a cup of coffee, and a steady smartphone all at the same time when you're 70. :-/

I’m a lawyer who’s worked with unhoused clients; acquiring a govt ID is by far, the most common task/obstacle unhoused clients face, usually at the outset.
So of course, ICE is raiding homeless shelters. They hit the Women’s’ Shelter across the street from our bldg, yesterday. Cruelty is the point.
