The thing is, many of those people will eventually find irl community and meaningfully live as themselves out in the world, and a few years of experiencing that will dramatically improve the majority of them! And the cycle continues.

David Brooks is just a cog in a bigger machine but as an individual has probably done more to launder evil under the guise of moderate common sense to normie American libs and moderates then maybe any other single figure, hard to think of a contemporary cultural figure that deserves more disdain!
