Illustrations/concept art of Papal States stuff for Trench Crusade. The first item is an hybrid pinfire revolver saber, with a stirrup hilt doubling as the trigger guard. The second item is a holy maul-y, with a massive cut stone head bearing the sentence 'tv es petrvs et svper hanc petram aedificabo ecclesiam meam et tibi dabo claves regni caelorvm' in letters of gold. The handle is made of gilded wood with blue cloth wrapping around the handle, as well as gold decorations on the spur and tip. The third item is a 75mm smoke shell, with an engraved brass casings bearing scrollworks and the words Psalms 68:2, with the shell's fuse being topped by a cross. The fourth item is the goodest boy, a st Bernard dog happily panting while wearing a medkit, a gas mask, a barrel of cognac and a spiked anti wolf collar fitted with the collar lapels from a Swiss army uniform. The fifth and last item is two sections from a belt of autocannon rounds being marked incendiary, incendiary, incendiary and tracer. The brasses are equally fancy as the smoke shell and bear the letters DIES IRAE in blackletter.

A snowy field lies in shadow, and a dark ridge of conifers spread out in the distance. In the foreground a large dromaeosaur rears back in frustration. She has her winter plumage; wheat brown across her back, snowy white on her belly. Her yellow eyes are glaring at a human woman wearing a green flight suit with a shearling collar and brown boots. The woman has dark hair with a long braid, and she is tilted forward, returning the dinosaur's glare. Off to the side and little behind her, a reindeer (brown, antlers), bellows his displeasure at the feathered raptor. Behind them is a mech. It is maybe 3 and 1/2 times taller than the human. Painted a military green, it has a few embellishments in white, such as a silhouette of a reindeer head on its left shoulder, and two capital "R"s on the right. The words "Reindeer Rescue" are written on its chest, a 13 on its left shin, and the reindeer silhouette on the right. It has a 13 on the cockpit, which has a kind of gold/orange canopy? The mech is a ripoff of a AL-97B-var Hannibal, a labor from Patlabor. It's got a modified cockpit, and is shrunken to about half the size of the original. The woman's pose is taken from Kitty Pryde's stance when she is telling off Loki in the Giant Sized Uncanny X-Men Annual #9. I stole the deer's pose from a random deer picture from Google, and the dinosaur just lives rent-free in my head, 24/7. I am bad at this. Happy Holidays, friends. I love you.
