FF8 - as far as I cant tell, the ballroom dance scene takes place in the quad building that you can normally just see on the outside near the stage. here's my attempt at that basic layout with the stuff you can see in the dance scene

more FF8 Balamb progress. the scale is weird like Midgar was, i assume the dome buildings each hold many rooms and we generally only see one of them. but i also want to draw them big enough to be readable. so the result is, huge rooms compared to the center scale...

FF8 Balamb - from what i can tell, the main ring is the indoor area of the central building and all the peripheral areas are outbuildings connected by the long hallways. there aren't a lot of great views of the campus-y outdoor areas in between, will have to fudge that a bit.

while I highly prefer game Kanata's writing, I also do like how manga Kanata wasn't quick to jump to "kill this guy cuz he's evil and he doesn't deserve to live"
btw, game Kanata is cuter while manga Kanata is cooler, and I'm also fairly happy with both HAHA

I'm good at writing characters and narratives that reflect the ways different people's wants and needs interact and conflict (with werewolves as my cover story), and I think that's what's made How to be a Werewolf successful.
