I made pot roast a couple of weeks ago on a whim and had it with rice.
Then I made a sandwich with some of the leftovers.
Then I took the rest of the leftovers and made several small pot pies.

Possible hurricane is possibly coming. I'm really not happy about it and hope it doesn't come this way (or affect anything for anyone) terribly...but I'm definitely having first world problems thoughts about it and sigh.
