Hegseth told those generals that they all serve at the pleasure of the Pres. While some appointees do serve the Pres., the military takes an oath to support & defend the Constitution & to obey the Pres. according to regulations & the Uniform Code of Military Justice. They're not Trump's private army

"The enemy within" is in the White House. Trump is trying to use the military against the American people. It is time to explore all means to protect American lives & rights by removing the Trump criminal organization from power. The military can and should refuse illegal orders.

The right bemoans "cancel culture," but does the exact same when it suits their agenda. Political violence is not limited to murder and assault. Attacking someone's livelihood, physical and even psychological security are acts of political violence.

I do not generally promote more firearms, especially since there are already 1.2 firearms for every person in the US, but we need to correct the imbalance of gun ownership between the political right & left. We need more responsible and capable owners on the left if we want a free & just society.

Georgians, do not fall for the shell game of ending the income tax. GA already has a flat tax of 5.39% & 4% on sales. They promise you get to keep more of your money, but it is a backend ploy to redistribute more wealth to the wealthiest Georgians who already benefit the most from gov. expenditures.

If GOP loses seats in the '26 election Trump will claim fraud and nullify the results. If we the people take to the streets to protest, he will mobilize troops. We can't depend on our elected leaders/courts. We need to begin thinking ahead & preparing how to have the police/guard on our side.

Netanyahu's intention to take over all of Gaza is confirmation of what we've known all along that this genocidal war is less about security & more about territorial, political, & economic gain. He even misspoke by saying the population should be "free of Gaza" instead of "free of Hamas."

The inevitable outcome of Trump's disregard for the law & societal norms will be either Orwellian totalitarianism or anarchy and revolution. If Congress & SCOTUS will not do their duty, then the people will have to exercise their ultimate power & duty.

A group of officials gathering to discuss how to suppress evidence, mostly to shield one person from legal scrutiny, is called a "conspiracy." If their agreement is to break or circumvent the law, it is a "criminal conspiracy."

Listening to a first-hand account of the conditions systems of oppression in Iran, I cannot help but think that we are getting glimpse of our possible future in the US if we do not stop the evangelical theocracy that has been insidiously infecting every branch & level of our govt & society.
