Actually amazing how, in just 8 hours, the rhetoric went from "We're protecting the children!" to "We're protecting the guy who said that children need to be thrown under the bus for the Second Amendment!"

With character design and lore building, I think it's good to have a combination of both "if A, then B" and "B, therefore A" characteristics when designing a character--by which I mean, have some stuff have an initial purpose, and some stuff be left on the table.

Just introduced a throwaway character named Demo'n, who is a demonic parody of TF2's Demoman, and plopped him into the script.
Not sure how I'll throw him into the main game, but I adore writing his lines.

Got a lot of work on the script for the demo done, which is frankly the easiest part. I probably should have saved writing as a treat for actually learning how GODOT operates.

I considered jumping over to Greek lettering; and while that's cool and all, I don't think "Alpha-TRAS" is a power I want to give a heroic type with a clean criminal record. 😅

"TRAS" is an acronym for Temporally Restraining Analysis Sense. Very few people in the history of the game lore posses this ability--24, when the demo starts, so users are denoted by the Latin alphabet, in the order they were recorded with their power. Loka's use of it is thus "X-TRAS".

So an update on the lawsuit against my family.
It's dead in the water.
My father passed away on March 3rd, thereby leaving the world with a legacy of bigotry and hatred to his name. I don't imagine I got anything in the will, not that he'd have all that much anyway.
