Apologies for the repost. I had some doubts about the banner image I'd used, and once I figured it out, I hurried to make some changes to fix it.

Feeling spooky? 👀 Today we have an interview with @lucyamclaren.bsky.social on the eve of her new gothic fantasy release, Echoes of the EtherStone. We're talking about dark fantasy, sibling pairings, publishing with a small press, and more!

Book Recommendation!

The Queen of Dreams and Dust, by Grace Carlisle is a dark and unsettling contemporary fantasy tale.
It's also the sequel to one of my favourite books of 2022, and it absolutely lives up to expectations.

We're doing a fun event in November!

This is also my first appearance as part of Read Indie Fantasy crew. I've been helping behind the scenes and will continue to do so. Tru and Nils are still very much at the helm.

I decided to use the term Book Recommendation instead of Book Review.

A lot of the time, my "reviews" are about why I enjoyed a book and why I think others will, so "recommendation" feels more fitting.

We'll see if it sticks or if I forget and go back to using "review" out of habit. ;)
