Christmas gin cocktails garnished with cranberries, dehydrated citrus, cinnamon sticks, blackberries, and rosemary. Apple sours rimmed with brown sugar and garnished with the tops of apples. Devil’s margaritas (margs with a distinctive red wine layer). Cranberry New York Sours (NY sour drink with a red wine layer, but I infused the red wine with cranberries for a festive twist).
