Let me be clear... the entitlement shouldn't have existed yes... but the way he handled it he lost a slam dunk election to a sociopath.

Money given to mostly retired people ie you are stripping income from people who are no longer in the workforce which is a bad place to start if you want to avoid fear campaigns right? I mean that's literally what happened. It was just plain dumb. Grandfather it. Remove the attack avenue.
