Why do headlines say "norms shattered" when what is meant is "laws broken" or "Constitution violated"?

When Donold can’t lower egg prices, he and his cult will simply blame Biden and the Democrats. There is no amount of suffering and misery that will change their minds, until they are living under a dictatorship. They eat a shit sandwich everyday and say “thank you, sir, may I have another?”
