On Jan 1, 2026, The great Bernie Sanders will swear in Zohran Mamdani in as the 112th Mayor of New York City. I was delighted to see this young man defeat the old machine polliticans and win, and expect him to do good things for the people of NYC.

America needs an Attorney General who:
1) will read a law,
2) understand what she is reading, and
3) comply with it.

That doesn't seem like too much to ask, does it?

Donald Trump is destroying America.

He will destroy the world if given the chance.

Opinions of white supremacist racists are illegitimate in this statement. As they are part of the problem.

After buying it for $18.8 billion, Walgreens' new private equity owner has eliminated paid holidays for all hourly workers on Christmas and New Year's.

Last year, Walgreens had a CEO-to-Worker pay gap of 410 to 1.

Corporate greed that would make even Scrooge blush.

Gotta say, as a survivor, I’m not super loving this thing where the Department of Justice is running a cover-up of evidence the President sexually abused minors.

U.S. military spending is set to hit a record $1 trillion.

Roughly half of defense spending goes to private contractors that routinely price-gouge the government.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon has failed EIGHT straight audits.

This is the military industrial complex on steroids.

From 2018 to 2024, the tax rate paid by eight major retailers was slashed from 30% to just 17.5%.

The CEOs of those major retailers were paid a collective $1.3 billion.

Meanwhile, the average worker at those stores was paid less than $32,000 in 2024.

Nothing trickled down.

That’s what CBS normalized last night — and it should scare everyone.
