A non-government business that contracts with the federal government received notice today that in order to do business with the government they must certify that they don’t participate in DEI. This is horrifying. I feel very fortunate to be able to cancel plans to fly in US airspace until this is resolved. My next move is to write to the airlines we usually fly on & tell them we're done with flights in the US.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.
