The biggest thing that keeps me up at night right now is still China and Taiwan. I’m not sure if anyone has looked at the price of RAM lately, but it’s astronomical.
American manufacturers are only making RAM for AI data centers now, so a war in Taiwan could cripple the global chip industry.

I wasn’t really old enough to appreciate what was going on at the time but from what I hear when the government is arming itself near a country and it says “WMD” we’re about to spend a gajillion dollars for no reason.
